She values the relationship a rural hospital has with its community and looks forward to being responsive to community health needs in Lake County.
Kat and her family are avid sports fans and whether following Colorado teams or participating in outdoor sports, they love adventure. Now with Kat’s son going off to college at the Colorado School of Mines, the mountains and small-town lifestyle have called Kat to Leadville. Rumor has it she is also a great story teller. Perhaps Kat will share how she wound up on the cover of a fishing magazine or how she felt witnessing an active volcano eruption.
