“Alison has proven to be a tremendous asset to St Vincent Health by her perseverance and dedication of helping the Admin team as well as anyone in need of assistance. She jumped right into the duties of Board of Directors assisting Karen and others to enable the smooth transition when Peyten resigned. Additionally, she is on the majority if not all of various meetings, boards, and follows through projects and does an excellent job of note taking and communicating these notes with all involved. She is knowledgeable with computer program issues and always willing to help if she can. Alison encompasses – dependability, teamwork, compassion, and integrity with everything she is involved with on a daily basis. And lastly, excellence – she has accomplished all of this being many miles away (Minnesota) and frankly has become such an integral part – you would never know this fun fact.”

Clarissa received the following nomination from Lindsy Coon, RN
Clarissa is a coworker who can be relied upon; to perform “legendary service” and “doing the right thing”. Clarissa “leads by example”. Clarissa “brings her best every day” and is not only supportive to her own department but others as well. I observed her offering to help EVS yesterday when they were short by vacuuming the lobby. Clarissa is a joy to work with across departments – she “achieves more through open and effective collaboration”. She is consistent with her work and assists the community in accessing healthcare, sometimes invisibly by ensuring proper insurance pre-authorization and other coordination.
